Fight Goes on in Pembroke Pines / Southwest Ranches, FL

Yesterday, Pembroke Pines's Commissioners voted to cancel a contract to provide water and other utility services to a proposed CCA immigration detention center that is strongly opposed by seemingly everyone but CCA and ICE.  So CCA is trying to strongarm the town by suing them in federal court.  If you're anywhere near Pembroke Pines/Southwest Ranches, Florida, I urge you to come out to a protest tonight at 7pm:
